Joe Rodriguez

Joe Rodriguez is Vice President Sales and Marketing, Eastern Region for Horizon Lines, LLC. He oversees all sales activity, pricing and marketing in the eastern half of the United States and Puerto Rico. He previously served as General Manager, Pricing and Marketing in Puerto Rico where he was responsible for the development and implementation of Horizon Lines’ commercial strategy in the Puerto Rico trade over the past three years. Previously, he served as General Sales Manager, U.S. Eastern Region, as well as General Sales Manager and Strategic Account Director in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He joined Horizon Lines in 1999.
