USER AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Horizon Lines, LLC. CONCERNING THE USE OF NetCaptain APPLICATIONS.

This NetCaptain Web site is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Customer Third Party Agreement for the Horizon Line's NetCaptain Secure Internet Applications

I am authorized to enter into this Third Party Users Agreement ("Agreement") between the above listed company requesting access and Horizon Lines/Horizon and I agree to here be bound hereby. As a user of NetCaptain I will comply with my company's computer practices and those required by Horizon Lines for this use. I agree never to use NetCaptain to violate any criminal or civil laws. I further agree to indemnify and hold Horizon Lines harmless for any such violations.

I will not share my Horizon Lines user ID and password with anyone, nor permit it to be used by others.

I will use the information obtained from NetCaptain for the above listed company's use only. Any other disclosure must be approved in writing by Horizon Lines. I will not upload or otherwise incorporate into NetCaptain, any item not previously approved by Horizon Lines.

All use of NetCaptain will be for the benefit of the above listed company's use and Horizon Lines only. If I must leave my work area while logged into NetCaptain, I will either logoff this system and/or activate an industry password protection device. I will report all violations of this agreement to Horizon Lines's Help Desk toll free at 1-877-678-SHIP when it is first observed or detected by me. I will notify Horizon Lines Internet Registration desk (972) 813-5347 when an associate with access to my shipping information leaves the company or is otherwise no longer authorized to gain access to that information.
