Horizon Lines has teamed with Ports America, the largest terminal operator and stevedoring company in the Americas, to service cargo moving through Oakland between the U.S. mainland, Hawaii, Guam and Micronesia. Horizon Lines operations at the facility located at 1599 Maritime Street take effect today.
