Tropical Storm Chantal – Update 2
Dear Valued Customer:
Tropical Storm Chantal remains active in the Caribbean.
The center of the storm is currently located approximately 335 miles Southeast of San Juan, Puerto Rico, moving West-Northwest at 29 MPH. Maximum sustained winds are 65 MPH.
The Port of San Juan has increased their readiness status to YANKEE. Port Condition YANKEE means that gale force winds are possible within 24 hours. There have been no port closures in San Juan as a result of this storm yet.
Based on the trajectory of this storm, Horizon Lines expects no disruptions to our vessel or terminal operations.
