PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Challenger voyage CN513N Delayed into Houston
Dear Valued Customer:
Due to 20MPH winds in the Houston Ship Channel, the Horizon Challenger was unable to bring pilots aboard early this morning. As a result, we will be delayed on arrival to the dock in Houston this morning.
Pilots have now boarded, and at this time we anticipate starting cargo operations at 1PM this afternoon.
There will be no effect on our southbound arrival in San Juan.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these delays are minimized.
