DI585S arrival delayed due to High Surf
Dear Valued Customer:
The U.S. Coast Guard has closed the San Juan Harbor to all vessel traffic due to high surf in the area. We are currently experiencing waves 15-20’ outside San Juan Harbor.
As a result, we are anticipating a delayed start for the discharge of cargo from the Horizon Discovery voyage DI585S.
We expect the Coast Guard to re-evaluate the surf situation around 12:00 noon in San Juan. We will provide a better estimate of cargo start time and cargo availability as soon as the Coast Guard reopens San Juan Harbor to vessel traffic.
