FSX SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Lines Road Service Support
Dear Valued Customer:
Effective immediately, we have extended the hours of our Road Service Support Center from 8am to 12am CST. This group is available to assist truckers and vendors with any repairs necessary to Horizon Lines’ operated equipment while away from the terminal. This includes tires repairs, other chassis repairs, mechanical issues on gensets and reefers, and any structural issues on dry boxes. This does not apply to SeaLogix moves.
You can contact the Road Service Support Center for assistance by calling 1-877-789-5237 or emailing
roadservice@horizonlines.com. Our Road Service Support Center associates, Holly, Jay, and Tom, will be available from 8am to 12am CST to help truckers find a vendor for repairs, provide road service help, and issue authorization for repairs.
