New Centralized Phone Number for Horizon Lines Shanghai Office

In order to better serve our customers, we now have a centralized phone number for our Shanghai office.

The main number will provide a prompt system for the following areas:
• Option 602 – Customer Service

• Option 604 – Equipment Control/Ops
• Option 605 – Sales
• Option 155 – General Inquiries
The Shanghai customer service hours will remain the same, 9AM – 6PM (China Standard Time).
