Tropical Storm Dorian – Update 1
Dear Valued Customer:
Tropical Storm Dorian continues its path on the Atlantic as the fourth named storm of the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane season.
At 11:00 AM AST, the center of T.S. Dorian was located near Latitude 16º North, Longitude 35.9° West, moving toward the West-Northwest at approximately 17 MPH with sustained winds close to 60 MPH. Its general motion is expected to continue through today followed by a gradual turn toward the West on Friday.
At this moment there are no coastal watches or warnings in effect.
Horizon Lines is closely monitoring the trajectory of this storm in anticipation of any disruptions to our schedule, however, our terminal operations in Jacksonville and Philadelphia for this week continue as planned.
