Dear Valued Inter-Port Customer:
Horizon Lines filed a General Rate Increase (GRI) today in Tariff (HRZL-961) that will become effective on Wednesday, February 27
All Per Container (PC) rates will increase by $75.
All Per Hundred Weight (CWT), Measure, or, Weight/Measure rates will increase by 3.0%.
All rates for Per Each, Per Unit, Per Piece, or other rated items will increase by 3.0%.
Horizon Lines also continues to reinvest in equipment to support the needs and growth of its customers, including over 1,000 new reefers and 238 flatracks deployed in the lane in the past year.
Horizon Lines is making a healthy investment in its Guam operation and infrastructure to accommodate growth over the coming years. Last year Horizon Lines deployed five new state of the art vessels in the Guam tradelane. These new vessels have enabled us to arrive in Guam consistently on schedule.
