Dear Valued Customer,
Horizon Lines is reducing the Fuel Adjustment Factor in the Guam/CNMI trade by 6 percentage points from 34.5% to 28.5% effective October 19th, 2008., The reduced Fuel Adjustment Factor has been filed with the Surface Transportation Board and covers Horizon Lines tariffs 353, 344 and 961. These tariffs govern shipments moving between the continental U.S. and Guam.
Horizon Lines will continue to closely monitor fuel costs and will adjust the Fuel Surcharge as trends warrant.
