PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Navigator, Voyage NV367S Delayed into San Juan
Dear Valued Customer:
Due to a late departure out of Jacksonville, FL due to fog the Horizon Navigator, voyage NV367S will be delayed into San Juan.
We anticipate that the Navigator will arrive this evening Monday, March 16th. All cargo will be available for pick-up at 6:00 AM Tuesday morning. Cargo cut-off for the Northbound voyage, NV368N to Elizabeth, NJ will be 6:00 PM today.
Cargo operations for the Horizon Producer, voyage PD542S from Elizabeth, NJ will commence early Tuesday afternoon in San Juan due to the delayed arrival of the Navigator. Gate hours on Tuesday will be from 6:00 AM to 12 Noon and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We will extend the gate until 8:00 PM for dry cargo.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these delays are minimized.
