Horizon Navigator, Voyage NV367N Delayed into Jacksonville – Update 2
Dear Valued Customer:
The Horizon Navigator, voyage NV367N is now moving through the ship channel in Jacksonville and is expected to begin cargo operations at 1:30 PM today.
In order to minimize the impact of the fog delay, we will be extending the gate hours in Jacksonville today until 7:00 PM for both dispatch of arriving cargo and receiving of departing cargo. Drivers should be on line to request pickups by 6:15 PM.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these delays are minimized.
