Intermodal Fuel Surcharge Effective January 4th, 2010

Horizon Lines is adjusting its Intermodal Fuel Surcharge for the following states to better reflect Horizon’s costs. Effective January 4th, 2010 the following changes will be made to Horizon’s Intermodal Fuel Surcharge:
