PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Update: Bunker Fuel Surcharge – Effective August 31, 2009
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Lines will delay the effective date of the Bunker Surcharge for containers moving to and from the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The new effective date for the increase is Monday, August 31st.
For containers to and from Jacksonville, FL or Port Everglades, FL a bunker surcharge of $545.
For containers to and from Elizabeth, NJ a bunker surcharge of $635.
For containers to and from Houston, TX a bunker surcharge of $670.
