PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Tropical Storm Maria – Update 6
Dear Valued Customer:
The center of the storm is located approximately 185 miles East-northeast of the Barbados, moving West-northwest at 18 MPH. Maximum sustained winds are 40 MPH. A Tropical Storm Watch has been issued for Puerto Rico. A watch means that tropical storm conditions are possible within the next 48 hours. The Port of San Juan is under Port Condition X-Ray, which means that there is restricted vessel movement.
As a reminder, cargo cutoff for Horizon Producer voyage PD673N will be at 3:00PM today, Friday September 9th.
To avoid potential issues related to the approach of this storm, customers are encouraged to pick up arriving southbound loads and furnish northbound loads to our San Juan terminal as early as possible.
