PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Bunker Fuel Surcharge – Effective January 25, 2010 - Revised


Dear Valued Customer:

Horizon Lines has made an adjustment to the bunker surcharge rates announced on January 8th. The following bunker surcharge rates will be effective January 25, 2010.

For containers to and from Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL or Port Everglades, FL, a bunker surcharge of $590.

For containers to and from Elizabeth, NJ, a bunker surcharge of $705.

For containers to and from Houston, TX, a bunker surcharge of $740.
