PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Trader, Voyage TO358S Delayed into San Juan
Dear Valued Customer:
We continue to make up time from weather related delays from last week. The Trader, voyage TO358S from Jacksonville will be delayed into San Juan, today Monday, February 15th and we anticipate cargo operations will commence at 4:00 PM.
In order to minimize the impact of this delay, we will be holding a late gate in San Juan today. Cargo availability will commence after 4:00 PM. Gate hours will be from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM for dispatch only.
Cargo cutoff for the Northbound Horizon Trader, TO359N to Elizabeth will be until 6:00 PM.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these delays are minimized.
