PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Navigator NV583N – Update 4
Dear Valued Customer:
The Horizon Navigator has completed cargo operations and is expected to depart the port of San Juan within the next few hours. This is several hours later than our initial expectation, however our recovery plan for the coming week remains relatively intact.
We are expecting delays to our Philadelphia service this week as follows:
• Cargo arriving in Philadelphia aboard NV583N will be made available Monday, November 25th.
• Cargo departing Philadelphia aboard NV583S this weekend will be made available Wednesday, November 27th in San Juan.
We expect no delays to our service to/from Jacksonville
this week or with associated arrival in San Juan Monday the 25th.
We are working to regain schedule as quickly as possible and will communicate further information regarding our recovery as more information becomes available.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that these effects are minimized.
