PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Tropical Storm Debby – Update #2
Dear Valued Customer:
Due to rain accumulation from Tropical Storm Debby, land transportation to the port in Jacksonville could be disrupted. Portions of Interstate 10 have been closed due to flooding in Northeast FL and Southeast GA, and detours have been announced.
Tropical Storm Debby is centered approximately 85 miles West of Cedar Key, FL. Debby is moving East at 3MPH with maximum sustained winds of 50MPH.
Tropical Storm Debby has the potential to disrupt transportation in the Puerto Rico Shipping Lane. Customers should furnish their cargo to our terminal early to make their targeted vessel. At this time, Horizon Lines vessel schedules are on schedule. We will update our customer base with any information that could affect our operations as a result of this storm.
