PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Navigator Voyage NV499S Delayed to San Juan – Update 3
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Navigator Voyage NV499S from Jacksonville has not been able to make as much speed as expected en route to San Juan.
Cargo operations will begin later than initially expected and will start in San Juan today at 5:00 PM this evening, Monday, November 21st.
In an effort to mitigate the effects this late arrival has on our customer base, Horizon Lines will extend gate hours in San Juan on Monday until 10:00PM for all dispatch and receiving activities. We will work with customers requiring urgent discharge of cargo this evening on a case by case basis to ensure all urgent freight is made available with the least disruption.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these delays are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates on information that may affect your shipments.
